This palatable dish involves loads of vegetables, meat and fish.
Ingredients
Okro
Palm oil
Beef, Shaki (Cow Tripe) (Optional)
Iced Fish, dry Fish, stock Fish
Crayfish (optional)
Pepper and Salt
Onions
Vegetable: Nigerian pumpkin leaves or spinach (fresh or frozen)

Preparation
1. Cut the Okro fingers into tiny pieces. To achieve this, you need to make a few vertical cuts. 2. Wash the pumpkin leaves, if it is your choice of vegetable, and cut into tiny pieces. If you will use frozen spinach, defrost and cut into tiny pieces. 3. Cook your beef, shaki, stock fish or whatever you plan to use. Use water sparingly though. 4. Pour palm oil in another pot and heat. Add the diced okra and start frying to kick-start the drawing process, add some meat stock from time to time till you notice the okro start to draw for five minutes. 5.
